I tried reaching out through miralax.com about an issue with my order, and the whole thing felt like way too many steps just to ask a simple question. After waiting a few days, I finally got a reply, but it was clearly some copy-paste response that didn’t actually answer what I asked.

I sent another message hoping maybe someone would actually read it, but I never heard back. It’s really frustrating when you’re just trying to get a basic answer and customer service makes it feel like you’re talking into a void.

The cap lines are so hard to see that I kept second-guessing how much I was using. Isn’t this supposed to be the easy part? Instead, it just felt messy, annoying, and way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered Miralax from the site and the whole process was really easy. It showed up sealed properly, with no leaks or mess, and the bottle is a nice size that doesn’t take over my bathroom cabinet.

I also like that the cap is simple to open and close, and the label is straightforward without being confusing. The scoop inside is convenient too, although it could be just a little easier to pull out.
Overall, it was a smooth experience from ordering to using it. The packaging is practical, easy to store, and makes the product simple to deal with day to day

I ordered Miralax from miralax.com because I was dealing with constipation, and it did help after a while. So I wouldn’t say it didn’t work, actually, it definitely helped some. Ordering from the site was straightforward too, no issues or anything weird with the delivery.
The downside was that I felt nauseous and had stomach discomfort for most of the day. Maybe that’s just how my body reacted, but it wasn’t exactly pleasant. I’d probably use it again, but only if I really needed to.

It did work in the end, but these slowpokes took two whole days to get it done. Not the worst experience, but definitely longer than I was hoping for.

I tried MiraLAX just one time and, it gave me loose stools pretty much the entire day. Like I thought it would just help a little, but nope... I ended up feeling stuck at home and really uncomfortable. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I’m definitely not using it again.

Miralax itself works fine for me, so no issue there. But the site was kinda frustrating to use. The one I wanted was out of stock and there wasn’t really any info about when it’d be back. I ended up checking other stores instead. Not the worst thing ever, just annoying

This just wasn’t a good fit for my child. I was hoping it would help, but it actually seemed to make them feel worse, which was really upsetting. definitely won’t be trying it again.

I only use miralax every now and then, not on a regular weekly basis or anything. For occasional use, it usually works for me, but it is definitely NOT something I’d call super fast, so I try to plan ahead a bit.

As someone who’s picky about texture, I noticed this powder still has a bit of a gritty, chalky feel. It mixes okay overall, but it doesn’t get as smooth as I’d like.
